About AIS

Enterprise discipline, locally accountable.

Alamilla IT Services was founded in Mérida to give businesses on the peninsula the kind of infrastructure normally reserved for corporate IT departments — designed properly, documented, and supported by people who will actually come to your site.

01

Where we came from

We started by fixing networks the hard way — house by house, office by office, across Yucatán. That work taught us exactly how consumer-grade equipment fails once a real business depends on it.

Today the practice is built around commercial clients: hotels, clinics, retail floors, offices, and managed property portfolios that need their systems treated as operational infrastructure rather than an expense to minimize.

We never dropped the residential side either. Homes and haciendas across the peninsula still call us for Wi-Fi, property monitoring, and the setup behind them — see home IT support.

02

How we work

Every engagement starts with an assessment and ends with documentation you own. No undocumented configurations, no hardware locked to us, no vague monthly invoice.

We specify equipment we would run ourselves, quote fixed scope where we can, and tell you plainly when something you asked for is not the thing that will fix your problem.

Operating Principles

What you can hold us to.

01

Current technical expertise

Our work is grounded in hands-on experience, continuous learning, and modern industry standards. We implement technologies we know, test, and use in real-world environments.

02

Local & responsive

Based in Mérida with technicians on the peninsula. When remote support is not enough, someone drives out.

03

Bilingual & direct

English and Spanish across sales, support, and documentation — explained without the jargon screen.

The People

A small team, on purpose.

You deal with the same engineers who designed your system. Nobody inherits your network from a departing account manager who never documented it.
