This was a whole-home infrastructure project, not a router swap. The property needed a physical network backbone that could reach its access points cleanly and reliably. Professional structured cabling, an industrial switch, and a dedicated power closet in the roof created one organized route for traffic throughout the house.

Problem

A cafeteria needed to replace an aging on-site visual monitoring setup so it could better support day-to-day operations.

Healthcare Wi-Fi & VLAN Foundation

Problem

A healthcare business needed a network design that separated sensitive customer information from personal and corporate Wi-Fi use while supporting its HIPAA compliance requirements.

Solution

Built a segmented network foundation with separate VLANs, distinct Wi-Fi access, and clear traffic boundaries for corporate operations and personal devices.

The important decision was not simply to provide Wi-Fi. It was to decide which people and devices should be able to share a network, and which should never meet. The resulting VLAN design gives the client a clearer operating boundary between sensitive business traffic and everyday personal-device use.

Google Workspace

Organization-Owned Google Workspace Migration

Problem

An organization had critical working files in a personal Google account and needed to move them into an organization-owned Workspace environment without manually rebuilding every file.

Solution

Built a custom migration script to transfer Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides into Google Workspace, creating a repeatable path for the handoff.

Key working files moved out of personal ownership and into the organization's Workspace management.

The issue was ownership, not just storage. Important work had accumulated under a personal account, making a routine handoff harder than it should be. The custom migration script turned that one-off move into a repeatable process and put the working record where the organization can manage it.

KobenOS Restaurant Platform

Problem

Inventory, reservations, and reporting lived in disconnected tools, forcing staff to work around gaps between systems and stopping service when connectivity failed.

Solution

Built an offline-first PWA on Cloudflare's edge that brings service, stock, reservations, and reporting into one operational system which synchronizes when connectivity returns.

Outcome

A single operational record that keeps the floor moving when the connection does not.

Mérida Operations Launch

Problem

A global company opening operations in Mérida needed a local partner to source the right IT hardware and turn an empty workspace into a functioning technical environment.

Solution

Sourced the IT hardware, built the network closet with racks and switches, completed the structured cabling, and installed monitors, laptops, and videoconferencing equipment for the new operation.

A complete, ready-to-use IT environment for the Mérida team from day one.
